    Multiple Reward Redemption

Members may redeem more than one reward on a single visit if more than one reward is active and valid. Each reward has its own minimum purchase requirement, which must be met independently.

When more than one reward is redeemed on the same transaction, the total eligible purchase amount must equal or exceed the combined minimum spend of all rewards being used.

    Example:
A Birthday Reward requires a minimum spend of $150 and an Anniversary Reward requires a minimum spend of $100. If both are used on the same visit, the eligible purchase subtotal must be at least $250.

The minimum spend requirement is calculated based on the subtotal before tax, service charge, or any ineligible purchases.

If the minimum spend for all selected rewards is not met, John Howie Restaurants reserves the right to limit the transaction to one reward and will ask the member to select which reward they

Ineligible Purchases and Minimum Spend Calculations

      • Any other purchases defined as ineligible in the John Howie Club program

Purchasing a gift card for the purpose of increasing a transaction total in order to qualify for a reward is not permitted and will not be counted toward any minimum spend requirement.
